Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technically the EETT detailed engineering for the project, ensuring complete, coordinated and approved documentation for substations.
  • •Manage engineering approvals with the transmission system operator and client, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • •Coordinate interfaces between civil, electromechanical, protections, control and communications disciplines.
  • •Review and approve supplementary detailed engineering produced by Contractors for integration into construction works.
  • •Oversee technical integration of major long-lead equipment: power transformers, reactors and GIS equipment, and develop technical documentation for bidding processes.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in detailed engineering of high/extra-high voltage substations (220 kV and 500 kV).
  • •Proven experience in substations with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and AIS technology.
  • •Experience managing engineering approvals with the national transmission system operator.
  • •Strong knowledge of Argentine standards: AEA, IRAM and operator technical specifications.
  • •Experience coordinating multidisciplinary disciplines: civil, electromechanical, protections, control and communications.
