Key Responsibilities

  • •Support new business generation for new and existing customers by identifying and positioning consulting projects.
  • •Own practice delivery and goal attainment while providing functional and disciplinary leadership to assigned employees.
  • •Build and develop the practice, including operational responsibility aligned to global and local initiatives and targets.
  • •Define and continuously develop Atos Amplify’s go-to-market strategy in Germany and serve as the practice’s central point of contact.
  • •Lead internal and customer projects and run multidisziplinäre teams while ensuring high performance standards and customer satisfaction.

  • •Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, digital transformation, business studies).
  • •10+ years’ experience in management or technology consulting, with a focus on industry consulting, digital strategy, and digital transformation (including outsourcing) and strong knowledge of technology trends.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of areas relevant to the role and practice.
  • •Strong commercial understanding and customer orientation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust at C-level, especially with COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business transformation leaders.
