•Align marketing strategies across cross-functional departments and ensure the web presence supports overall company strategy as a growth engine.
•Act as a bilingual strategist bridging design and code to turn business goals into actionable digital requirements.
•Partner with Engineering and Product to prioritize and deliver web initiatives, including detailed user stories.
•Optimize user journeys and persona mapping to reduce bounce rates and convert more visitors into leads.
•Evolve the CMS content model, champion component-based design, and run design quality assurance before launch.
