Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities
  • •Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
  • •Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
  • •Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
  • •Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
