Key Responsibilities

•Translate e-commerce business needs into clear PR requests and ensure communication efforts align with business priorities.
•Review and gatekeep external-facing business communication materials and flag items needing additional communication-team review.
•Support development of business narratives across category and platform levels to shape TikTok Shop brand positioning and maintain the data repository/review process for shared business data requests.
•Manage a centralized Success Stories Hub to showcase TikTok Shop success cases for media, partners, and stakeholders.
•Identify gaps in the communication review process, design effective workflows, and develop/deliver training to improve team adoption of communication best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
•4+ years of experience in communications or PR, ideally in e-commerce or tech.
•Ability to translate business needs into impactful communication strategies and manage brand narratives across platforms.
•Strong content review and editing skills aligned with global brand and communication standards.
•Experience in process development, identifying gaps, and delivering training to improve team communication practices.
