Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes on the sales floor.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes in partnership with the Visual Manager.
  • •Own visual direction from planning through executing to meet company budgets and timelines.
  • •Utilize reporting tools in partnership with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with General Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Leadership experience within retail or a related industry.
  • •Strong visual merchandising skills with ability to leverage business performance data to inform product placement and presentation.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
