Build and ship AI-powered internal tools and automations to accelerate workflows across operations, customer success, finance, and IT. You’ll own end-to-end internal AI initiatives, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact problems, validate solutions, and drive adoption of practical tools used daily by non-technical teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered internal tools and automations that improve workflows and adoption across teams.
•Embed with operations, customer success, finance, People, IT and Data teams to understand workflows and deliver solutions that save time.
•Ship AI agents and automation examples (e.g., draft replies from knowledge base, Slack-based finance approvals, internal eval harness, plain-language data queries).
•Define what internal AI looks like at the company and own the problem end-to-end from ideation to deployment.
•Drive adoption by communicating with non-technical stakeholders and iterating based on real usage feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1–3 years building software — backend services, internal tools, automations, or API-driven apps. Internships and co-ops count.
•Strong in TypeScript and/or Python.
•You've built something with LLMs — an agent, a RAG pipeline, a copilot, or a prompt-driven tool.
•Comfortable wiring systems together: APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, async workflows.
•You can talk to non-technical stakeholders, figure out what they really need, and drive adoption.
