Job Summary

Serve as a frontline people partner embedded in People Operations, advising managers and supporting employees across a multi-state North America workforce. Own day-to-day employee experience, employee relations, and performance management—ensuring fair, consistent application of HR policies aligned with U.S. and Canadian employment law. Facilitate HR program adoption, lead preliminary investigations and case documentation, support the performance cycle and PIPs, and help drive continuous improvement in people operations, including AI-enabled case documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a day-to-day point of contact for employee experience, employee relations, and performance management across the North America footprint.
•Provide timely, objective, and empathetic guidance on employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and HR policy questions.
•Conduct preliminary investigations into employee relations matters and maintain accurate case records in the HR case management system.
•Support managers through the performance cycle and help develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coaching documentation.
•Deliver HR operations and support People programs (compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, leave administration), including AI-enabled HR case documentation starting FY2026.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of progressive HR experience across employee relations, performance management, and HR generalist functions.
•Working knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state employment law (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
•Ability to advise managers on employee situations, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns using independent judgment.
•Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations and documenting findings objectively.
•Proficiency with HRIS and case management platforms (ADP, Freshservice, or equivalent), plus a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
