Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a primary troubleshooter in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling tellers, observing performance, and overseeing operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawer within guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker; assist clients using financial wellness tools.

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
