Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Assist with daily retail operations including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • •Oversee store-wide operations with the Store Manager by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across teams for timely daily execution.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.
  • •Adhere to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures while partnering to drive sales performance and improve KPIs.

Key Requirements
