Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach profitability and efficiency through execution of key store operational functions, including receiving, shipment, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate root causes with the General Manager.
  • •Maintain strong visual standards and stockroom standards to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently.
  • •Partner on business reporting and performance, managing budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluations, and constant feedback; open and close the store per standards.
