Staff Nurse - Emergency (Silla Hospital)

Provide age-appropriate patient care in the Emergency unit in line with the nursing scope of practice, organizational policies, and HA-AD requirements. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinate discharge planning, administer medications, and respond to emergencies. Lead through mentoring and role modeling, supervise junior staff/student nurses, and support quality improvement, infection control, documentation, and patient safety practices.
