Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide broad HR support to advance functional and organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting activities, including drafting job descriptions, benchmarking, tracking headcount, and managing budget.
  • •Support and facilitate organizational changes and contribute to HR programs, potentially leading intern, page, and non-staff recruitment initiatives.
  • •Coach employees and managers on employee relations matters and address employee and organizational issues proactively.
  • •Process HR transactions in HR systems (promotions, new hires, terminations, and organizational changes) and interpret and communicate HR policies and practices.
