Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers with change orders, project logs, daily reports, RFIs, and scope verification
  • •Assist in cost control and financial management tracking
  • •Coordinate scope of work and daily work projections
  • •Prepare submittals and review pay applications and project financial documentation
  • •Assist in contract administration and employee time/recordkeeping
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other STEM field (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
  • •1-3 years of experience in construction
  • •Good computer skills
  • •Proficient in Windows, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Word (basic use)
  • •Knowledge of NASI PMO standards and project management practices
