Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of Carvana at facility entrances/exits and ensure proper egress/ingress protocols are followed.
  • •Utilize Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID technology to manage and document car movement into and out of gates and the Inspection Center.
  • •Conduct routine patrols and document security and/or safety concerns in the Inspection Center and logistics facility yards/buildings.
  • •Respond to emergencies using training (first aid/CPR/AED), promote incident-ready focus, and de-escalate difficult situations.
  • •Support inventory control and vehicle exception research, including documenting damages and facilitating JIRA CCTV review and badge requests.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of internal Carvana Safe and Secure experience at a skilled level.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proven decision-making in a complex environment.
  • •Ability to handle conflict situations positively and de-escalate when needed.
  • •Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, card access, and other Safe and Secure technology, plus experience supporting OSHA safety programs is preferred.
