  • •Lead delivery of high-priority initiatives and work streams across Business Cards & Payments and Capital One through a team of project managers
  • •Design, develop, and manage project plans and delivery roadmaps in a complex environment
  • •Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to project customers to support delivery
  • •Drive solutions to complex problems across cross-functional teams while navigating trade-offs
  • •Manage scope, schedule, resources, and budget and communicate status, impediments, and risks/issues
