Job Summary

Support process development for advanced materials at the Los Angeles site, helping scale products from development into production. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technology teams on safety/compliance, NPI, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, requalification, and equipment/capital project support. Use structured problem-solving to analyze process data, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain technical documentation and lab inventory, and continuously improve safety, quality, reliability, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and promote safe work practices and compliance with EHS, PSM, and Quality requirements, including MOC, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
•Help scale new products from development through production via NPI activities and safe process changes.
•Support manufacturing process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, reliability, and operational performance.
•Assist with requalification activities for raw material, supplier, or process changes, and support capital projects, equipment modifications, and commissioning as needed.
•Use structured problem-solving and process data analysis to drive continuous improvement and provide technical support across lab and operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 118,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.

•Knowledge of analytical methodologies and statistical analysis principles.
