Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and promote safe work practices and compliance with EHS, PSM, and Quality requirements, including MOC, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • •Help scale new products from development through production via NPI activities and safe process changes.
  • •Support manufacturing process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve safety, quality, reliability, and operational performance.
  • •Assist with requalification activities for raw material, supplier, or process changes, and support capital projects, equipment modifications, and commissioning as needed.
  • •Use structured problem-solving and process data analysis to drive continuous improvement and provide technical support across lab and operations.
