Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee multiple compensation consulting projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
•Guide teams in applying existing tools and templates while developing new models, analyses, and deliverables that improve client insight and execution quality.
•Connect project objectives, findings, and recommendations to the client’s broader business context, including operating priorities, resource constraints, talent issues, and HR strategy.
•Build trusted advisory relationships with senior client stakeholders and translate complex compensation topics into practical, decision-ready recommendations.
•Promote a positive, productive culture by helping team members deliver high-quality work and achieve project goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually
