Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Partner with clients to develop project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via project qualification; conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
  • •Ensure functions remain on schedule by resolving or escalating issues and facilitating regular status review meetings.
  • •Collaborate to guide implementation and completion; contribute new methods/processes and communicate complex ideas to influence stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Strong ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in Kahua or similar and D365 or other ERP platforms.
  • •Innovative mindset with advanced problem-solving and expert organizational skills.
