Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships across business areas, divisions, and where appropriate vendors and emergency services
  • •Resolve security system alarms, calls, email, and alerts for the Citizens Bank footprint (branches, admin buildings, back offices, home lending, and remote ATMs)
  • •Support optimum performance of physical security equipment including cameras, DVR/NVR, Parabit, access readers, alarm devices, and panel communication lines
  • •Dispatch emergency services for life/safety events
  • •Maintain service level standards for Alertline phone calls and monitor third-party emergency alert notification systems; complete administrative tasks required for audit, regulatory, and internal procedures
