Job Summary

Serve as a front-line client partner for Hiive’s secondary share platform, guiding buyers and sellers through the full transaction lifecycle. You’ll provide clear market insights, support clients via email/phone/live chat, review transaction documentation and platform data for accuracy, track pipeline and transaction metrics, and coordinate with operations and legal to ensure compliant, timely closings while sourcing and qualifying new clients.

•Act as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the Hiive platform and secondary market.
•Build trust by providing clear, actionable market insights.
•Support clients through the transaction lifecycle via email, phone, and live chat while ensuring legal, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
•Review transaction documentation and platform data to maintain accuracy and minimize errors.
•Source and qualify new buyers and sellers, and track pipeline activity and transaction metrics to maintain speed, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of relevant experience in areas such as institutional sales/trading, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investor relations, business development, or investment sales.
•Experience prospecting and generating leads in a high-volume outreach environment.
•Strong ability to balance relationship management with rigorous operational detail to execute transactions flawlessly.
•High degree of organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment.
•FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain shortly after joining.
