Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial activities for data center projects by partnering with delivery, engineering, and cross-functional teams to evaluate change requests, variation orders, and commercial proposals.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain regional service framework agreements with suppliers and service providers to align with business and operational requirements.
  • •Collaborate with internal process, platform, and operations teams to streamline service procurement workflows and improve service ordering and delivery automation.
  • •Conduct market research and due diligence for land, power, water, permitting, and other infrastructure assessments for new data center developments.
  • •Analyze commercial data, project costs, and supplier performance to provide insights for business and procurement decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an Engineering discipline.
  • •Understand procurement systems and processes with a strong sense of cost control.
  • •Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • •Support commercial activities for data center projects by partnering with delivery, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Preferred: be a self-starter interested in cross-functional collaboration with basic knowledge of data centers.
