Key Responsibilities

•Manage Windows Enterprise environments, including system management, performance monitoring, process automation, security hardening, and troubleshooting.
•Maintain compliance standards and monitor security systems, proactively responding to threats using tools such as Ivanti, Splunk, Tenable, and SEP.
•Apply business continuity principles, including enterprise backup hardware/software, data backups, and system recovery.
•Collaborate with program management, application, security, vendors, and executives to plan, design, and implement new IT infrastructure solutions.
•Perform short- and long-term capacity planning, plan/execute small to medium projects, and create/update IT documentation and technical artifacts.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with at least 3 years).
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for the clearance.
•Experience administering one or more: Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS, Server Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), Group Policy, or backup and recovery.
•Ability to obtain DoD Directive 8140/8570 certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) within 6 months of start date.
•Manage Windows Enterprise systems with performance monitoring, security hardening, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments.
