Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary design teams in Scotland to deliver high-quality water/wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring design scope meets client requirements, budget, and programme constraints. Key Responsibilities

•Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations while managing design scope within budget and programme constraints.
•Demonstrate strong technical understanding and maintain awareness of current industry practices and innovations; lead QA for project deliverables to ensure standards and client requirements are met.
•Play a lead role in the development and management of design teams in the Perth office, collaborating with colleagues across the UK & Ireland; mentor junior staff and foster professional growth.
•Act as a strong communicator to effectively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
•Possess a strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation; actively embed a safety-first culture within your area of responsibility.

Key Requirements

•BEng degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
•Be professionally qualified or working towards accreditation with a relevant body (ICE, CIWEM etc.)
•Experience leading project teams and managing design scope in the water/wastewater industry
•Experience with multi-disciplinary non-infrastructure projects (preferred)
•Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead quality assurance for project deliverables
