Lead enterprise packaging strategy and execution across the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands, setting global standards for brand-appropriate, cost-effective, compliant, and scalable packaging. Partner with product, sourcing, sustainability, operations, and brand marketing to integrate packaging early, manage supplier ecosystems, drive packaging design/engineering and validation, and ensure packaging supports consumer experience, sustainability goals, and operational excellence.
