Key Responsibilities

  • •Review existing Finance processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
  • •Design, build, and test automated and AI-powered solutions using Excel optimization, prompting, custom GPTs, and lightweight scripting where relevant.
  • •Pilot prototypes with Finance users and improve solutions based on feedback.
  • •Measure productivity gains and document best practices.
  • •Collaborate with Finance controllers to analyze processes and maintain high-quality financial outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in Finance, Controlling, Audit, or Business Analysis.
  • •Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot…).
  • •Experience improving business processes through automation, AI assistants, Excel optimization, or workflow redesign.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, formulas, structured workbooks); VBA is a plus.
  • •Fluency in French and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
