Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with stakeholders to build capital projects across the site, managing phases from planning through final delivery.
  • •Use architecture/engineering knowledge to expedite design and resolve construction conflicts.
  • •Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors through contract close-out.
  • •Perform project control tasks including project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • •Facilitate city, county, and governmental approvals and coordinate implementation with the facilities team to operationalize post-construction operations and maintenance.
