Architectural Project Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of small-to-large capital construction projects at the SpaceX McGregor Campus, coordinating stakeholders through planning, design expediting, contracting, and final delivery. Use architecture/engineering knowledge to resolve design and construction conflicts in real time, manage project controls like scheduling and budgeting, and facilitate city/county approvals. Partner with facilities and end users to operationalize post-construction building operations and maintenance.
