Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deploy, and own the end-to-end TCO model for the full application portfolio across infrastructure, licensing, support, development, and run costs.
  • •Define and implement consistent cost allocation methodologies aligned to the TBM taxonomy.
  • •Produce regular app TCO dashboards and reports to help business units and technology leaders understand cost and value of applications.
  • •Lead deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of TBM tooling (e.g., IBM Apptio Costing or equivalent).
  • •Serve as the primary TBM system owner, managing integrations with source systems including SAP and ServiceNow.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT Finance, TBM, or a closely related discipline in a complex multinational organisation.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying and operating TBM platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of TBM taxonomy/frameworks (cost pools, IT towers, applications, services) and ability to build full application TCO models with direct and indirect cost allocation.
  • •Experience integrating TBM tools with financial and IT management systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Cloud Billing APIs).
  • •Advanced Excel and data modelling skills, with experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI (preferred).
