Key Responsibilities

  • •Join Sales Executives on calls with prospects and customers, guiding the technical conversation and outlining cost breakdowns across 10+ countries, and readiness plans for a successful transition.
  • •Create templates, automations, and AI-powered tools to enable the sales team to self-serve on technical validation for smaller deals.
  • •Develop business case materials and implementation readiness plans for larger deals, helping navigate competitive situations with strong positioning.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by gathering product feedback and enabling the sales team, surfacing patterns from large deals.
  • •Drive team impact and change management by using data to inform improvements and influencing cross-functional initiatives on the SC roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Customer facing/consultative skills to influence complex conversations (compliance, payroll, employment law) and present clearly to a wide audience.
  • •Strong project management ability to scope and plan multi-country projects, validate requirements, surface risks, and produce clear briefs for team execution.
  • •Comfort with automation and AI to scale outputs and explain methodologies used in prior work.
  • •Ability to work remotely in a distributed, async environment across multiple time zones.
  • •Curiosity about global employment, HR, and payroll; familiarity with HR and payroll concepts is a bonus; MEDDICC experience is a bonus.
