Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new business by evaluating client needs and offering appropriate financial products, services, and loans.
  • •Underwrite, structure, and coordinate the closing and funding of commercial loans, including preparing memos and submitting documents for approval.
  • •Maintain and service an existing loan portfolio by responding to inquiries and providing ongoing relationship servicing.
  • •Conduct networking and prospecting activities, including community events, chambers meetings, and warm and cold calls to meet growth goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and follow bank policies, including completeness and accuracy of loan documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of banking or financial services experience.
  • •Experience working directly with customers at all levels, from support staff to business owners and managers.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with decision makers and influencers.
  • •Ability to prepare/coordinate proposals and work productively through the underwriting process.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
