Ensure guest safety at the venue by proactively removing hazards, preventing and resolving altercations, and leading emergency evacuation procedures. Maintain security control by circulating throughout shifts, checking IDs for guests under 30 drinking alcohol, inspecting guests with a metal detector or pat-down search, and enforcing rules for photos/videos/recording devices. Protect the venue by safeguarding against theft and communicating clearly using radios, hand signals, and flashlights while keeping areas clean and ready for opening.
