Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical proposal support: work with field sales, SEs, other product specialists, product management, and partners to build and propose solutions to customers (including executives and IT teams)
•Promote product value to the market through speaking engagements and seminars, and lead the launch of new products and features (Agentforce)
•Enablement: share seminars and best practices with employees and partners to raise the ecosystem’s technical capabilities
•Develop and execute technical sales strategies and own the resolution of technical obstacles in deals
•Collaborate across teams to ensure customer needs are understood and translated into effective solutions

Key Requirements

•Software product sales or implementation experience
•Pre-sales or post-sales support for specific products or solutions
•Experience presenting and demonstrating to customers
•Strong curiosity about unknown fields or latest technologies (AI) and proactive attitude
•Excellent cross-team communication in Japanese business context
