Key Responsibilities

•Own delivery, technical direction, and team health across the D&P service estate, covering the full learner and customer journey from diagnosis through prescription to onboarding and growth tracking.
•Lead and coach full-stack teams: hire well, create growth plans, and establish a high-performing AI-native operating rhythm with visible performance expectations.
•Stay hands-on with architecture and implementation: whiteboard distributed designs, review and negotiate RabbitMQ event schemas and API contracts, and write production code to de-risk and unblock.
•Drive predictable delivery using cycle time, change failure rate, and MTTR while balancing speed, debt, and change safety in load-bearing financial/regulatory logic.
•Partner with Product and Design (and closely with go-to-market) to translate learner and customer behavior into technical direction for eligibility and recommendation surfaces.
