Job Summary

Lead multiple development teams responsible for designing, building and maintaining Hermes Digital Ventes et Services platform. Report to the CTO, partner with Product Managers, architects and Infra, define objectives for technical leads, drive backlog alignment, ensure delivery quality and security, and implement DevOps/Agile practices to scale a high-traffic ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage technical leaders and development teams across a portion of the platform scope, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and quality standards
•Define missions, objectives and expected technical behaviors for leaders, and monitor their progress
•Oversee backlog prioritization, coordinate delivery plans and ensure effective distribution of work among the teams
•Drive staffing, onboarding, mentoring and career development of team members, and partner with HR for recruiting
•Ensure best practices in architecture, security, DevOps and observability, and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Key Requirements

•5 to 10 years of experience in a senior engineering/manager role with proven team leadership
•demonstrated ability to manage multiple development teams, recruit, onboard and grow engineers
•strong knowledge of DevOps practices (CI, test automation, observability) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
•expertise in software architecture and delivering microservices, event-driven design, and secure, scalable platforms
•excellent collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, Infrastructure and internal/external partners
