Lead executive insights for the Issues & Events organization within Operational Risk Management. Own complex reporting packages—including dashboards, scorecards, and governance materials—while analyzing issues and events data to surface trends, emerging risks, risk concentrations, and root-cause themes. Drive metric governance through validation, methodology checks, and quality reviews, partner with ORM and control teams on reporting narratives, and identify automation and process improvements for scalable, accurate reporting.

•Analyze issues and events data to identify trends, emerging risks, risk concentrations, root-cause themes, and management insights.
•Lead data validation, methodology checks, and quality review routines to ensure reporting outputs are accurate and aligned with standards.
•Partner with ORM, business units, control teams, and support functions to gather inputs, resolve data questions, and align on reporting narratives.
