VP, Portfolio Relationship Manager, CRE & LIHTC Loans

Provide financial, credit, and trend analysis to deliver CRE and LIHTC credit products to middle market clients and prospects. Serve as the primary credit point of contact, monitor covenant and collateral compliance, conduct regular loan reviews, and assess risk rating changes. Independently structure and evaluate credit requests, recommend credit decisions to Credit Administration, and manage analysis and recommendations for classified loans while coaching team members.
