Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and advise on managing and delivering town planning functions and responsibilities across projects and programs.
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor best management practices for planning commitments, including strategies, plans, risk identification, and mitigations.
  • •Produce and manage schedules for design, procurement, construction, and completion, ensuring compliance with planning procedures and contract requirements.
  • •Evaluate and analyze project progress using status reports, coordinate with project managers/subcontractors/authorities, and ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • •Review subcontractor schedules and reports to address slippage, and support HSE initiatives including safety awareness and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction planning and scheduling, including alternative schedule analysis and baseline/contract schedule management.
  • •Proficiency in planning principles and project management, including construction law and change management.
  • •Advanced Primavera6 (Planning/Scheduling) knowledge to produce and manage project schedules and forecasts.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus experience with EOT claims and delay analysis.
