Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the contractor services function to deploy safely available, appropriately skilled contractor resources for operations and maintenance.
  • •Oversee contractor performance and contract execution across safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost management, compliance auditing, and reporting.
  • •Drive strategic workforce and maintenance planning to align contractor requirements with operational priorities, maintenance schedules, regulatory approvals, and future needs.
  • •Champion continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and delivering sustainable cost and performance gains.
  • •Maintain contractor governance and accountability, including safety management, environmental performance, compliance with site standards and CRPs, risk management, and contractor development.
