Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips; forecast and update key milestones.
  • •Verify effective project governance and processes are used, applying best practices across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting, and monitor progress for multiple construction projects.
  • •Manage supplier and local design team interfaces, maintain project information flow via meetings and written communications, and respond to RFIs from the field.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of relevant project management experience supporting large-scale construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • •Ability to organize and manage work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore, plus construction project management tools.
