Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end data science projects from problem framing through analysis, experimentation, and productionised models.
•Develop ML models (e.g., conversion propensity and opportunity sizing) within the Payroll product area.
•Create and apply measurement frameworks to evaluate AI product outcomes.
•Partner with Product and Technology to drive decisions through experimentation, measurement, and AI-powered analytics.
•Contribute to the team’s technical and scientific culture by mentoring earlier-career scientists and raising quality standards.
