Client Services Representative

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and provide sales and service support across the district. You’ll respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, process quotes and orders with high volume and accuracy, and support Account Managers and store locations. The role includes technical support, promoting product offerings, making outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and assisting with store operations through coverage, inventory tasks, and event support.
