Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate stakeholders including the client, architects, services consultants, HSSE team, and contractors/onsite client team.
  • •Generate weekly and monthly reports as required by the client.
  • •Perform design management by reviewing and commenting on design information.
  • •Conduct site and design coordination meetings and follow up with vendors for day-to-day activities.
  • •Track schedules and QA/QC checklists; support quality audits, commissioning/handovers, technical closure, de-snagging, and transition to FM.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil Engineering degree/diploma is acceptable, with awareness of civil works and construction sequence for civil and interior finishing activities.
  • •Ability to understand drawings for construction and track project progress.
  • •Able to coordinate technical and interpersonal delivery, manage design reviews, and support the project end-to-end.
  • •Client-facing support with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Ability to prepare and track schedules, maintain QA/QC checklists, and conduct quality audits, observations, and follow-up/closure.
