Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to SaaS vendor/publisher selection and define expected service offerings (scope, SLAs, performance and security conditions) while ensuring contract changes are captured.
  • •Lead vendor onboarding/transition to a steady-state operating model covering processes, support, incident management, reporting, and governance; manage SaaS execution against contractual commitments.
  • •Monitor usage, performance, availability, and security indicators; recommend continuous improvements and manage operational and cybersecurity risks, including vendor escalations and corrective actions.
  • •Ensure service continuity and resilience, including business continuity and disaster recovery requirements (RTO/RPO, fallback plans), and manage demand/consumption (licenses, modules, storage, API usage, environments).
  • •Facilitate SaaS governance forums, coordinate cross-functionally, drive compliance controls (security, GDPR, certifications, audits), and ensure smooth exit/reversibility processes (data export, environment handover).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing external suppliers, ideally in a SaaS environment, with leadership in scaled agile contexts and ability to negotiate and challenge vendors.
  • •Strong assertiveness and judgment to manage complex situations.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for vendor interactions, contracts, and governance (proficient in English).
  • •Analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills and ability to promote a holistic vision; adaptability and support for change management.
  • •Awareness of Agile/Scrum practices and SaaS challenges including service level management, vendor governance, license management, and cloud security.
