Market Operations Manager

Lead Carvana’s Market Operations team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Own day-to-day execution across logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, registration paperwork, customer and employee experience, community outreach, and ongoing mentoring and training. Operate independently with strong decision-making, manage multiple projects at once, and help improve processes by developing creative solutions that keep customers and employees engaged. Work closely with leadership based at Carvana’s home office in Phoenix.
