Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deploy, and maintain production AI systems including agents, tools, and evaluation pipelines while owning reliability, latency, cost, and accuracy.
  • •Build advanced capabilities such as numerical optimization, forecasting, computer vision, and anomaly detection when off-the-shelf AI is insufficient.
  • •Develop and implement cloud infrastructure to host and run AI/ML models.
  • •Design, tune, and evaluate purpose-built tools, function calls, and prompt templates.
  • •Create custom user interfaces for AI workflows and ensure AI systems meet IT and security standards as they transition to production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 172,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience shipping and maintaining AI/ML systems in production environments.
  • •Extensive experience with LLM-based systems, including agent frameworks, tool use, evaluations, prompt engineering, and retrieval.
  • •Strong Python engineering skills, including familiarity with optimization, forecasting, or computer vision.
  • •Experience designing APIs, SDKs, or frameworks consumed by other engineers.
  • •Proven experience deploying and managing production systems with monitoring, incident response, and cost management.
