Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client sample requests from initial demand through delivery, ensuring timelines, proper documentation, and clear cross-team communication.
  • •Manage P&D projects, opportunities, and technical records in internal systems in alignment with Commercial and Technical teams.
  • •Conduct lab tests, applications, and evaluations; document results and support development of new products and formulations.
  • •Administer formulation records to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal procedures, including preparation/maintenance of technical documentation with regulatory teams.
  • •Manage inventory of raw materials, samples, and application materials; support qualification of raw materials, supplier approvals, and second-source evaluations, including technical support to Campinas and Barueri operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields.
  • •1–3 years of prior experience in Research & Development, Applications, Technical Assistance, or related roles in the pharma/nutraceutical/chemical ingredients domains.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment with interfaces across Quality, Production, and Research.
  • •Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes including encapsulation, tablet coating, and functional ingredient applications.
  • •Intermediate English and strong communication, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple demands with attention to detail.
