Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product direction for major areas of the AI Neobank app.
  • •Define priorities, roadmap, product standards, and success metrics across multiple features or squads.
  • •Guide PMs, Product Owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution.
  • •Drive work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
  • •Turn regulatory and operational constraints into product decisions, and drive launch quality through post-launch learning.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience leading digital product areas end-to-end (not just individual features).
  • •Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
  • •Sound judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and product sequencing in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring PMs/POs and cross-functional squads is a strong advantage.
  • •Comfort working with high ambiguity, frequent changes, and senior stakeholder pressure.
