Sr Buyer Commodity

Procure truck-supplied feed grains for Tyson feed mills by executing purchase-to-pay, managing grain procurement contracts (fixed priced, basis only, HTA), and ensuring cost-effective supply. Develop daily bid sheets aligned to corn strategies, forecast supply/inventory, and execute forward hedges. Maintain relationships with farmers and mill managers, analyze grain market and logistics data, coordinate truck deliveries with rail teams, and manage contract disputes. Reports to the Associate Director of Commodity Purchasing.
