Job Summary

Lead AI governance product strategy for enterprise data and responsible AI. Partner with Data Governance and AI Governance leadership to translate governance frameworks, regulatory expectations, and risk controls into platform capabilities, operating models, and delivery roadmaps. Drive cross-functional alignment across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and legal; oversee governance capabilities like model registries, lineage, monitoring workflows, and responsible AI controls while enabling adoption and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain a multi-year AI Governance platform strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise risk, compliance, and data strategy.
•Coordinate and lead delivery of governance capabilities by driving milestones, cross-functional coordination, and blocker removal.
•Translate policies, standards, and control requirements into platform features, user stories, and workflows across data and AI domains.
•Oversee development and delivery of AI governance capabilities such as model registries, use case registry and risk assessment tools, incident management, and monitoring workflows.
•Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory/control compliance and champion responsible AI (fairness, transparency, explainability, ethical guidelines), including enablement and change management.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience.
•8+ years of experience in product management, data governance, analytics platforms, or AI/ML governance, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
•5+ years experience in data platforms, governance tools, or enterprise AI capabilities.
•5+ years working with AI/ML model lifecycle, including AI governance, risk assessments, transparency documentation, and monitoring practices.
•Experience translating legal, regulatory, and risk requirements into product features, workflows, and control checkpoints, including Agile delivery/backlog management and writing epics/features/user stories.
