  • •Optimize life-cycle costs, fleet readiness, availability, and sustainment performance.
  • •Lead cross-functional coordination and provide technical management of suppliers, including oversight/approval of approaches, products, and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience with military maintenance and/or avionics on military aircraft as active duty, guard, or contractor.
  • •Experience supporting aircraft production, development, and/or sustainment program(s).
  • •3+ years in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience).
  • •Experience in at least one Integrated Product Support element (e.g., Product Support Management, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, Technical Data, Support Equipment, Sustaining Engineering, or Design for Maintainability/Supportability) or Integrated Logistics Support products.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with stakeholders to present technical and project information.
